4、burn the midnight oil 通宵
Tomorrow I have a math test, so tonight I will burn the midnight oil. 明天我有數學考試，所以今晚打算通宵複習。
5、flunk 不合格
I flunked the test. 我考試沒及格。
6、pass with flying colours 得高分
I passed with flying colours. 我考試得了很高分。
7、killed an exam 分數不錯
I killed it. 我考試分數不錯。
8、pass by the skin of my teeth 剛剛合格，差點過不了
I passed by the skin of my teeth. 我的成績剛好合格。
