一封短短的英文郵件，卻要花幾十分鐘甚至幾小時才能寫完？5個最常用英語E-mail用語，不僅適用於口語，也可用於正式信函，讓你今後免煩惱！
1、關於附件（attachment）
1）Please find attached. 請查收附件。
attachment 這個名詞是由動詞attach延伸來的。attach(v.)附上，attachment(n.)附件（an added computer file）
附件可以是你的履歷（resume），也可以是照片（photos），等等。
2、關於轉寄（forward）
1）I’ve forwarded ______ (如Bill’s resume) to you. 我已經將……轉寄給你了。
2）I’m forwarding_______ (如John’s email) to you. 我一會就把……轉寄給你。
forward (v.)轉寄（resend an email）
I’ve forwarded = I have forwarded，現在完成時，表示「已經」
I’m forwarding = I am forwarding，現在進行時，表示「正在」
3、關於副本（cc）
1）I’ve cc’d/ cc’ed/ copied ____(name) on this email. 我把這封郵件的副本也寄給……了。
英文E-mail中有很多縮寫，像cc就是其中一個。因為收信人希望看到的是言簡意賅的信息（They wish your E-mail to be concise and short.）
cc適用於什麼場合？（When to cc someone?）比方說你是小組長，要和主管匯報工作進度，在把這封郵件寄給主管時，順便把你的小組員都cc進來，這樣，他們也都能看見這封郵件，知道你已經和主管說過這件事了。cc的收件人和to的收件人的差別在於，to是這封郵件的主要收件人，而cc更像是旁觀者。（to keep sb. in the loop = want them to know what is going on）

5、結束語
1）I look forward to… 我希望/期待……（表示一種客氣的語氣）
注意look forward to + V-ing sth./n.
如：I look forward to hearing from you. 期待您的來信。（hear from收到……的信）
I look forward to meeting you. 期待與您見面。
I look forward to your reply. 期待您的回復。
2）署名
以下任選，表達的意思相同，都是「……上」、「……敬上」。寫在信的最右下角，注意逗號不要省略，然後換行，在正下方寫上自己的名字。
